Merger between RSM Niehe Lancée and RSM Kooij + Partners
RSM Niehe Lancée and RSM Kooij + Partners will join forces and jointly continue under the name RSM Niehe Lancée Kooij.Shareholders and works councils of both organisations have approved the merger. Both firms specialise in business services within the SME+ segment, both nationally and internationally.

The merger creates an organisation of more than 240 employees with four fully-fledged branches in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem and Utrecht and a turnover of € 25 million.
Rudolf Winkenius will be in charge of daily management in the new organisation.
In addition, the offices of RSM Niehe Lancée and RSM Kooij + Partners will work together with Tempelman Registeraccountants [Chartered Accountants] in Rotterdam.Through this collaboration the Rotterdam office will also establish a fully-fledged tax consultancy.Furthermore, Tempelman Registeraccountants will join the RSM International network and use the corresponding prefix.
