Our International Services team offers many different professional services to internationally active companies.

Business valuation
Business valuation for merger and acquisition purposes and valuation in case of disputes, arbitrage or economic claims. Financial reporting valuation such as purchase price allocation and impairment calculations. Due diligence and local financing assistance. Risk management services, set up of internal controls and internal control reviews.

Outsourcing
Set up and management of foreign business office functions; Implementation of tax strategies; payroll and management accounting services; consolidation and preparation of financial statements in line with Dutch GAAP; corporate services.

Accounting and audit
Accounting services consist of bookkeeping, administration of bank payments and the preparation of management reports. Audit services consist of consolidation and preparation of financial statements, international group audits under US GAAP (PCAOB registration available) and IFRS as well as Dutch GAAP statutory compliance audits including advice on application of legal local audit exemptions.
